CTN develops and mobilizes Christian laity to bring transformation through the influences of Arts, Business, Media, Education, Family, Government, Medical, Science, Law, Technology, Sports, Politics and other areas of influence.

Two purposes: (a) To be salt and light in the workplace. (b) To provide resources and expertise for the functioning of CTN tracks.
