Transformation of Chennai would be accomplished by facilitating proclamation of the gospel which results in planting of churches, mobilizing and training young people to be involved in city life, envisioning and equipping laity to be light and salt in the society and challenging the churches to be change agents by brining social transformation in their own neighborhood and the city as whole.
